ITbox is Yycit's own IT platform: VPN, backups, file sharing, identity, an internal wiki, team chat, video calls, a shared calendar and remote power management, running on a server you control instead of a stack of per-seat subscriptions.
It replaces the pile of logins most small businesses accumulate, a VPN app here, a file-sharing subscription there, a separate chat and video tool, a calendar somewhere else, with one system your team logs into. It runs on hardware modest enough to sit under a desk, and once it's set up, day-to-day use doesn't require any technical knowledge: anyone comfortable with email and a web browser can manage it.

ITbox isn't built for data-center hardware. It's designed to run comfortably on a low-power mini PC, an old office desktop, or a small VPS, whatever's cheapest for you. The only thing that scales with your business is storage, since that depends on how much you back up and share; CPU and memory needs stay modest either way.
